A Letter to the Author of "The Hunger Games". By Carla Gutierrez Pinzón.

 To Suzanne Collins

Dear Suzanne Collins, I hope this letter finds you well. I enjoyed reading your book saga “The Hunger Games” very much. I think it is truly extraordinary, the way not-so-common words are used in every book, and how everything is somehow so poético with every book you release.

I especially liked “the ballad of songbirds and snakes” because of how well the story develops, how you give president snow, who was presented in previous books as the villain, a backstory on how he became so evil, and how he took down each obstacle he had, like his best friend Sejanus or His love interest Lucy Gray, To achieve his final goal, To be as successful as his father was, becoming later on the president of Panem.

Your books are just amazing. you are an inspiration for many young writers out there. I hope you consider releasing more books in the future.

-Sincerely, Carla Gutierrez
